CSE is implementing a next generation enterprise resource planning solution to upgrade and streamline information management processes that support its human resources and pay management activities.
Description of the project, initiative or change
The initiative involves replacing legacy human resource applications, primarily human resource management services with more modern workplace tools that align with the Government of Canada’s Digital Transformation initiatives. The project is viewed as a business transformation initiative to achieve improvements to the corporate service business models. These changes will be enabled at CSE through the implementation of a cloud-based human capital management solution suite.
