Pay Equity Settlement for Eligible former CSE Employees

As mentioned in our previous communiqué, the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) reached a settlement of the Pay Equity complaint launched in 2000.

Under the terms of this settlement, an "Eligible Employee" is defined as a CSE employee classified as a CR or DA-CON, during the period of March 8, 1985 to July 22, 1997 (retroactive period).
