CSE HIRING AND SECURITY PROCESS

Please note that your responses will be used as part of the Communications Security Establishment screening process, which involves competency-based assessments, a security interview, a polygraph test, a psychological assessment, and a background investigation covering a minimum of your last 10 years history, including credit and financial verifications. The entire selection process may take over a year. Please be advised that any false or incorrect information in your application will render your application void. We suggest that you review our hiring and security process carefully before submitting your application.

CSE is a separate organization and is not subject to the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA). The organization has its own values-based staffing regime and as such has the flexibility to determine qualifications for positions and how these qualifications will be assessed in a selection process.
