Letter to neighbours - October 30th, 2014

Dear Neighbour,

On behalf of the Communications Security Establishment (CSE), I would like to sincerely thank you for your patience during the construction of our building during the past four years. We are happy to announce that the construction phase is nearly complete and all recreational trails to the north of the building have been groomed and re-opened. As we start to move to our new home between now and early January, you will occasionally see moving trucks entering the facility. We will work to ensure that traffic disruption to our neighbours is kept to a minimum, and we appreciate your continued understanding.

Once we have settled in, we will be hosting an event in 2015 on our campus to express our thanks and to meet our neighbours in person—more details will follow closer to the event date. In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns, please contact CSE’s Community Liaison Officer by email (community.communauté@cse-cst.gc.ca) or by telephone (613-991-7248). If you would like more information about our organization, you can also visit our website at www.cse-cst.gc.ca.

All of us at CSE are pleased to be joining your community and look forward to being a positive presence in the neighbourhood.

Best regards,
John Forster
Chief
