How to Register

Once the registration form is completed, please mail or fax to:

Payment

Based on the information provided on the Registration Form, CSEC will initiate an interdepartmental transfer. Your department must provide CSEC with the proper financial coding on the Registration form.

Confirmation, withdrawal, substitution or cancellation

• Confirmation. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail and you will receive an information package and pre-course reading if required.
• Withdrawal/substitution. To withdraw from a course or to substitute another participant without penalty, you must inform us by fax or e-mail at least three working days prior to the course delivery date, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
• Cancellation. In the event of course cancellation due to circumstances outside our control, you will be notified and your organization will not be charged.

Certificates

All participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.

Diplomas

All personnel who successfully complete a Program of Study will be awarded a Diploma. After all courses in a Program of Study are completed, participants must achieve a minimum grade of 70% on an "open-book" exam administered by the IT Security Learning Centre.
