The Long-Term Accommodation Project (LTA) is the second phase of the CSEC accommodation plan. This new purpose-built facility will be comprised of office space and special purpose space. The project is currently in the design/build phase.

| Special Features: | The LTA will be a state-of-the-art, high security facility, with a LEED Gold Accreditation. It will be the largest repository of Top Secret information in Canada. |
